Shipping Policy
At this time Katies only ships within Australia and New Zealand. All orders qualify for free shipping.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Katies is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
All deliveries will be received within 5 business days of the purchase date. If there is an inventory issue with your order there may be time delays before dispatch. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Katies if an order does not arrive either by emailing info@Katies.com.au or calling 1800 151 110. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are liable for actions thereafter the couriers said delivery. If you choose to sign for your item you will generally need to be available between 7am and 5pm to receive the delivery. Upon an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the courier, they may leave a card for you to sign authorising the next delivery attempt to be left at your nominated address without you bring present.
You also have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example you may want to use your work address for delivery or send the item as a gift. Simply change the address in the delivery address location in your My Account area or on the checkout page. Just remember this will be your preferred delivery address so you will need to change it back if sending your next online order to a new location.
Without limiting the operation and any other terms and conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation and any other terms and conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund by signing in to your My Account page online. You can also exchange for another item by contacting info@katies.com.au. Katies will pay all freight charges on faulty items.
Katies is not responsible to cover freight costs incurred by the customer for refunds or exchanges or cover the redelivery costs for exchanges.
