Katies Online Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Katies online, we hope you love your purchase.However, if it’s not quite right here are some detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the item(s) you bought online. You can exchange or return any of the items you ordered online to either the online store or any physical Katies store with the tax invoice (your receipt) you receive in your parcel.

Should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund your item/s providing the following Online Return Policy Conditions have been met;

1. The items are returned within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
2. Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. 
3. This Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase. 

Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund or exchange for another item. Please state your preference on the returns/exchange form.
All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment. Please note the online store can not accept returns or exchanges that were initially purchased at a Katies store.

Returning items to the Katies Online Store
To obtain a refund via the Katies online store, sign into your online account and on the My Account page select the order the item(s) belong to. Follow the screen prompts to initiate a refund or exchange and indicate a reason for the return. Print the form and include it in your return package, along with your original tax invoice (your receipt) and as soon as we receive it at our Support Centre your exchange will be processed and new item(s) sent back out to you or we will refund your credit card. Please do not re-use our courier bag, you will need to send back the item(s) in different packaging.

Returning items to any Physical Katies Store
For your convenience, items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any Katies store, provided all Online Return Policy Conditions (as shown above) are met. You must present the tax invoice (your receipt) you received in your parcel to obtain a refund or exchange in a physical Katies store.
