HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
To purchase a product on the Katies website, you first need to sign up to become a member. Then simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and colour required and click 'add to bag'. You can then continue shopping and add additional items to your bag or click 'Buy Now'. Please note you will need your credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) to finalise your online shopping experience.


CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from My Bag. Once your order has been confirmed however, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. In this instance the order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.


WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?
Katies most popular items do tend to sell out quickly online. If you've seen something you must have, then we would suggest you order it without delay. However, if the item you are after is out of stock, please visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still available in one of our stores, or you can contact us via email info@katies.com.au. WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit card payments using VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Your card will be debited once the order is placed. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Katies.


WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
All prices have a default display in Australian Dollars, including GST. You can select other display currencies from the currency selector drop down at the top right of the site, however all online orders will be charged in Australian dollars.


HOW SECURE IS MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your security while shopping online with Katies is of the upmost importance to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption. Please refer to the Katies Privacy Policy for further information.


WHAT IS KATIES POLICY ON EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds and exchanges are welcome subject to the following conditions: the return is made within 30 days of the in-store purchase date or from the date the online order is received. Items are in original condition as purchased, with all labels, tickets attached. Original sale receipt must be present. Normal refund entitlements apply to faulty goods. Please refer to the Katies Returns Policy for further information. 


WHICH COUNTRIES DOES KATIES SHIP TO?
Katies is shipping within Australia and to New Zealand at this time.


HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?
Katies offers free shipping to all orders placed in Australia and New Zealand.

WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?
Katies ship through Toll Track & Trace for all online orders and Australia Post for some hard to reach areas within Australia.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders should be received within 5 business days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please refer to the Shipping policy or email us at info@Katies.com.au

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM IN KATIES CLOTHING?
You can access our Katies size guide on every product page. Simply click on the size guide button. Our sizes and size guide are shown in Australian sizes in cm.


WHAT IS A WISHLIST?
If you simply can’t purchase all of the great fashions Katies has online right now, simply add them to your Wishlist. The Wishlist button is on every product page so you can add a style in your own personal wardrobe to come back to and purchase later. Just don’t wait too long as fashion moves fast on Katies.com.au and we wouldn't like for you to be without your favourite must-haves! You can go back and view your Wishlist at any time, simply sign back in to our online store and click on the Wishlist icon.


WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO VIEW THE KATIES WEBSITE?
Katies Online has been developed to look great with a resolution of 1024 x768 with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. We support a range of browsers including Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6, 7 & 8 using Adobe flash player 9.45 and above.

WHAT SIZE RANGE DOES KATIES STOCK?
Katies currently stocks sizes 8 to 22 (Small-3XL) in most styles.


WHERE ARE KATIES STORES LOCATED?
Katies stores are located in most major shopping centres Australia wide. To find your closest store please visit our store locator.


DOES KATIES HAVE LAYBY?
Yes, Katies does offer Layby at stores, however not online. Layby runs for 6 weeks with payments to be made every 14 days from purchase date. At time of layby, a 20% deposit on all purchases or $5.00 (whichever is greater value) will be required and if the layby is cancelled, a $2.00 cancellation fee will be charged.


CAN I BUY GIFT VOUCHERS?
Gift vouchers make an ideal gift when you’re not sure what to buy for that special someone. Katies does offer Gift Vouchers available at our stores. Vouchers are available in any amount and are redeemable Australia wide. Vouchers are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers are valid for a twelve month period. After this period they will expire and no longer be redeemable. Vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable. Currently Gift Vouchers are not available to purchase or redeem online.


DOES KATIES HOLD ITEMS?
Yes. Katies will hold full priced garments for a maximum of 2 days. Not applicable to online.

WHAT IS KATIES PRIVILEGE?
At Katies we like to reward our customers, so we have developed a Privilege program that rewards you for shopping with us and looking good. Visit your local Katies store or refer to our Rewards section for more information and to sign up.


MY KATIES PRIVILEGE CARD HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN. HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Simply visit any Katies store and receive a replacement card immediately. Alternatively, you may contact our head office to arrange for a replacement card to be sent out directly to your mailing address. At this time Katies online sign ups will not receive a card.


I AM A KATIES PRIVILEGE MEMBER BUT AM NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS?
Please contact us on info@katies.com.au stating your correct email address and we will ensure you have been set up correctly in our system or sign into your account online and verify or update your email address in the my Accoutn section. If you aren't already a member but and want to receive rewards on your purchases join today by clicking here.


WHAT IS MY KATIES PRIVILEGE CARD NUMBER?
Your Katies Privilege card number is located on the back of your membership card.


HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS?
Simply sign into your account online and update your details in the My Account area or contact customer care at info@katies.com.au. You will need to supply your Katies Privilege card number as well as the details you wish to change.
